Benihana is a Japanese cuisine restaurant. They have several location around the world. They serve teppanyaki favorites like Hibachi Steak, Chicken and Shrimp, as well as sushi and sashimi.

Do you know what teppanyaki mean? I never until now…from their website it means “It means, quite literally, broiled on a steel grill, which is the definition of Japanese teppanyaki-style cooking in its most simple form. However exactly when teppanyaki-style first came into use is a bit more complicated.”
